Digital radiology (also known as an x-ray) is a common imaging tool that our veterinarians use to examine your dog or cat’s internal organs as well as their cardiopulmonary, gastrointestinal, reproductive, and urinary systems. An x-ray is a type of photograph that can look inside the body and reveal information that may not be externally visible.

Randhurst Animal Hospital has a state-of-the-art digital x-ray that we use in diagnosing injuries or illnesses of the chest, abdomen and extremities. Our highly trained staff develops these radiographs in-house, and our veterinarians will review them so that we can treat your pet as quickly as possible.
