How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment with one of our veterinarians, please call us at 847-398-5800 to set up a time that is convenient with your schedule. You may also use our Request Appointment form to schedule an appointment for your pet.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 847-398-5800. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations.
Waiting Room Policy
We require that all pets be properly secured while in our waiting rooms. Dogs must be on a leash or in a pet carrier, and cats must be in a secured carrier for the safety of all pets and clients at our hospital.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. Please note that payment is due at the time services are performed.
What do I do if my pet is having an emergency?
If your pet is having an emergency during our hospital hours, please call us at 847-398-5800 or bring them to our hospital located at 212 East Rand Rd. in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.
